I'm giving five stars because my TPBCIS LP has proven to be a great conversation piece so many times. Haven't heard the reissue. The track sequencing is sensible, with short poppy tracks alternating with the excursions throughout (some are strange, like 'In The Marketplace'); it helps this from getting boring. The PBC were not musical revolutionaries. They are still the best example I can find of what a typical 60's 'flower pop' band actually did sound like in real life, without much production & effects sheen at all. Sandi did have a fine voice.

Maybe about 2% less great than the first album, but still virtually perfect. A tiny hint of unnecessary jamminess. Mind-blowing creative pop.

thought this was very good.yeah,sort of like GANDALF,though they put more rock n' roll in the mix. for my money it sounds better for it too !! good vocals with strong material ; recommended.
